Carl Roberts

 

Carl is a Life-long resident of Cecil County. He grew up on Mt. Ararat Farms adjacent to the Bainbridge Naval Training Center. Dr. Roberts obtained his B.S. from Springfield College, his M.Ed. from University of Maryland-College Park, and his Ed.D. from Wilmington University.

Dr. Roberts has 40 years Maryland Public Education serving in various capacities including Managing Director, Donaldson Brown Center, University of Maryland,  Teacher, Assistant Principal, Principal, Assistant Superintendent for Secondary Education, Superintendent of Cecil County Public Schools, and Executive Director of Maryland Public Schools Superintendent  Association. 

 

Currently Dr. Roberts owns Roberts Consulting, LLC. 

Dr. Roberts has served his community as BDC Chairman, North Bay Adventure Board of Directors, (former) Union Hospital Board,  Cecil County Economic Development Commission, Chair Government Relations Committee, and Cecil County Chamber of Commerce
