The Bainbridge Development Corporation (BDC) is seeking an expression of interest (EOI) from qualified firms or organizations for the development of a cost effective renewable energy project and associated infrastructure to be located on two properties within the former Bainbridge Naval Training Center property (Bainbridge property) in Port Deposit, MD. The proposed project sites are two landfills on the Bainbridge property currently owned by the BDC and encompass approximately 47 +/- acres. Information on the BDC and the development of the Bainbridge property can be found at www.bainbridgedevelopment.org MANDATORY MEETING A mandatory pre-EOI meeting and site tour will be scheduled on March 10, 2023 at the BDC office located at 748 Jacob Tome Highway, Port Deposit, MD 21904. The proposed site location and property description will be provided at this meeting. Interested firms or organizations must pre-register with the BDC by sending an email with the name, address and contact information of the firm or organization to Jenifer Peterson, jpeterson@bainbridgedev.org by March 1, 2023.
