Rutherford Tours Bainbridge

PORT DEPOSIT — Maryland Lt. Gov. Boyd Rutherford made three stops in Cecil County Thursday, visiting Bainbridge Development Corporation, NorthBay Adventure Camp and Elk Neck State Park.

At each stop, he had different experiences with one common goal: fact finding.
