BDC Appoints New Executive Director

The BDC Board of Directors appointed Mr. Steve Cassard of MEDCO to serve as Executive Director on July 16, 2018, after the announcement retirement of long-time ED Mrs. Donna Tapley.

Cassard was approved by the Cecil County Council at their August 2nd legislative session.
