Mario Gangemi

Mr. Gangemi is a Senior Project Manager at Greggo & Ferrara, Inc. and lives in Cecil County. He obtained his B.S. in Physical Science from Salisbury State University, and his B.S.C.E. from University of Maryland.

Mr. Gangemi serves his community in many capacities including;  Cecil County Chamber of Commerce, Member of Government Relations Committee, Member of Friends for Charter of Cecil County, Maryland – Chair, Fair Hill Environmental Foundation – Past President Cecil Lacrosse League, Founder & Chairman, Coach of both youth boys and girls and High School Developmental Team, Cherry Hill Cougars Football – Coach of B-Squad and A-Squad CCJFL teams, Vice-President Cecil County Junior Football League, Member Board of Directors, Secretary Delmarva Youth Lacrosse Association  President Delaware Lacrosse Foundation, Member Board of Directors U.S. Lacrosse Association,  Member Positive Coaching Alliance ,Member, Certified Double Goal Coach, Trainer, Delaware Engineering Society - State, Past President Delaware Engineering Society – New Castle County, DE, Past President  American Council of Engineering Companies – Delaware – Past member of New  Castle Co. Dept. of Land Use and Special Services Partnering Committees, Past Chair of Sussex County Partnering Committee, Treasurer of the Board of Directors, Past Program Committee Chair, Past Secretary of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Gangemi serves on the Board of the Bainbridge Development Corporation that seeks to develop the former 1200 acre naval training facility into a mixed use community. Mr. Gangemi served with other leaders of the Cecil County community in an informal review of the Cecil County way of soliciting for Capital Improvement projects. Mr. Gangemi is currently serving on a Cecil County Commissioner appointed advisory board to craft an ordinance to encourage the redevelopment of certified “Brownfield” sites.
